Regarding all of our RBH Perfume products:
We guarantee free returns if we are notified within seven days from the delivery date of the product, in accordance with all the terms mentioned below, provided that all the conditions outlined are fully met.
Returns can be for either exchange or refund.
Refunds will not be applied to payments for international orders once the orders have been shipped.
Product returns are only available for perfumes, not for cosmetic products.
A product can only be returned in case of non-compliance with the order or a manufacturing defect.
The returned product(s) must not be opened or used and must come with the original packaging, along with any sample items or evidence that came with it, including all perfume tags attached.
If the item is found to be used, a refund will not be possible.
How to obtain a refund:
For prepaid online payments, a 2.5% fee of the total order value will be deducted
